Orange 20 Bikes Shipping & Returns policy Returns If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) to us within 30 days of the original shipment date. We will gladly issue a refund* as long as the item(s) have not been used, washed or damaged and are in the same condition as when you received them. Shipping and Handling is not refundable. *Only items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a cash refund. Items returned after 14 days will be issued store credit. Shipping Shipping costs depend on the size of the order and the shipping method you select. All Orders are shipped UPS. Orange 20 will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods. Please insure your purchase with shipping and delivery insurance.
