BIKE TALK! – we’re stepping up our game…

You may remember some of our older posts about BIKE TALK – the online radio show broadcast at killradio.org and podcast at kpfk.org. We’ve just turned one year-old, and we’ve been celebrating some incredible guests and episodes. (We’ve got more great guests, shows, and news lined up for the future, too – a future that includes live-broadcast episodes on KPFK 90.7 starting in December!) November 7th, we had interviews with Ned Overend (mountain bike hall of famer), Jim Hasenauer (former IMBA president), and Peter DiAntoni and Eric Von Munz (from COG magazine). Last week, we interviewed Damien Newton (from LA Streetsblog).  This week we had the first of 2 interviews from Waterford Precision Cycles – Marc Muller, and next week we’ll be interviewing Richard Schwinn! Also on this week’s show, we had interviews with Kevin Sparrow (of coat custom paint and COG magazine), Chris Nurie (owner of the Fit Kit System), and Jeremy Grant (of the Los Angeles Bicycle Writers Collective). So tune in live every Saturday from 10AM ’til noon, here, or subscribe to our podcast, here, and we’ll try to keep you in touch with the cycling news and stories from Los Angeles and around the country.

  1. I keep waiting to be asked for an interview but I guess I’m just not awesome enough. Sigh…
