There have been attempts to characterize messenger gear and clothing as a certain type of ‘fashion’ (check out this sample from ‘Messengers Style‘ – a book focusing on some NYC messengers). But, a messenger’s clothes usually represent an odd combination of function, form, and expense – usually the less expensive, the better. This article represents the first time that I’ve seen messenger “clothing” reproduced by ‘high-fashion designers’.
