Because we sure do!

Point/1
Hells Bells…nothing better than saying HELLO to other cyclist and friends with these wonderful instruments of sound. I don’t care if it’s an Incredibell, Crane Bell, MKS Titanium Bell or one of these fancy jammers from Japan. Head over to your local bike shop and try one out…you won’t regret it! Ding…ding the bell is here to stay.
Point/2
Baskets be it front/back , on a rack or with a sack…they can not be beat. You can go to the grocer, pick up your laundry, buy records and list goes on and on! Have a dry back with a a rack. If interested check out CETMAracks, Paul’s Flatbed and if the funds are tight anything Wald makes is worth considering. Another thing to think about is a custom rack…a lot of frame builders are also doing racks now. So hit your favorite builder up!
Point/3
Using Toe-straps to secure your loved ones! The idea is older than your father maybe even your grandfather but still nothing works better. The toe-strap is highly adjustable so whether it be a tubular to your seat or a bag to your basket that strap can be adjusted to fit just about anything. I have also used them to secure a sweaty to the top-tube for these cool California nights. Just roll it up, fold it once and tighten down. While this Stussy strap may not be worth a shit for what it was attended for…it does a hell of a job HOLDIN IT DOWN!

We are still waiting for everyone to get back into town from their respective Memorial Day vacations, so we will be closed today. We will be using this day to catch up on some repairs and builds, so come on by and check out some of the new bikes we’ll have built on Thursday!

This is the Salsa Fargo - a 29" mountain/touring bicycle!
We got in a shipment of Salsa bicycles, and we’re excited about getting them built up! Also, check out some of the new Gunnar frames that we’ve got in stock – the Roadie, the Cross Hairs, and even the Fastlane – an exciting disc-ready, raod bike from the same guys that make Waterfords! (Click here to see the show bike Waterford sent to us…!)

Disc-ready, Road Radness!

Stainless Steel Nitto EAI Jammers!

Euro Asia Imports teamed up with Nitto to produce. You have probably seen the riser and the flat-bar but the mini bullhorn is fairly new. All are made of stainless steel and have capped ends so in a perfect world where you don’t ride over 10 miles, you don’t sweat and calluses are non-existent you can leave your bars bare! No tape, no grips and definitely no bar-ends. As for the shape and functionality of these bars…I would say only the riser has anything going for it. The flat-bar has no sweep making it quite uncomfortable for long distance riding and the bullhorn is just way too skinny(something like 300mm) for any kind of riding, especially climbing(the one reason I really like bullhorns). I definitely wouldn’t recommend these for anyone who cares about weight. Lets put it this way…do you remember that first time you switched from the B123 to the B123 AA? It was like new life was breathed back into your bike, the whole front end became more alive! Well…I highly doubt this will happen if you are switching from the traditional aluminum version of these bars to the stainless steel counter-part. But who cares…these bars look good! Wonder when they’ll make a B125! See more pictures @ our Fllickr!

I just found your site and love it! I wish I had known about your shop when I was living/working in LA. Now I’m living in Utah and traveling in Europe at the moment – bicycle touring through 15 or so countries for 10 months. The fact that you have a blog for your bike shop shows me you are already up on the times and know what you’re talking about. Love it! And I’m spreading the word about you to my followers on Twitter! Keep up the great work.
